Refund Policy

30-day taste guarantee
If you don't like Smackerz, email admin@trysmackerz.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll refund your first bag. No need to send it back. The guarantee covers one bag per customer.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund you.
Returns
Because Smackerz is a consumable product, we can't accept returns of opened or unopened product. Refunds under the taste guarantee don't require a return.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it ships by emailing admin@trysmackerz.com. Once an order has shipped, it can't be canceled.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
